NeuroField ERP — Precision Neurotherapy, Redefined
NeuroField ERP is FDA-cleared for providing continuous ERP tasks using visual, auditory, or combined stimuli, with programmable paradigms including Oddball and Matching formats with GO and NOGO conditions. The system generates quantified ERP data, applying artifact removal, grand averaging, spectral analysis, and region-based brain mapping. This module offers a structured way for the clinician to assess attention, response, and processing across surface and sub-cortical regions.

Technical Details

The Program
The platform administers one of three continuous performance task modalities: visual, auditory, or mixed visual/auditory, with fully customizable session parameters and stimuli. That flexibility means NeuroField ERP is not locked into a single ERP paradigm; it adapts to your assessment needs. The program administers the task, delivers EEG data in real time, and saves session data in both native session format for reloading and future analysis and the extensible data format (XDF) for use in downstream workflows.

The Analysis
Beyond standard reaction time metrics, the platform performs granular trial-by-trial analysis, giving you genuine insight into test-taking behavior, not just summary statistics. Study Mode enables cross-session comparison with percentage correct responses, mean reaction times, and standard deviations across an entire study. Results export cleanly as Word, PDF, JPG, or CSV, ready for clinical documentation or deeper investigation.

ICA Analysis
NeuroField ERP incorporates EEGLAB, the open-source powerhouse from the University of California San Diego and the Schwartz Center for Computational Neuroscience, directly within the program. Independent Component Analysis runs natively, generating ERP datasets in clear, interpretable graphical format. No external processing pipeline required.

NeuroField EEG: Precision Brain Mapping for the Modern Clinician
NeuroField EEG is FDA-cleared for acquisition and analysis, and enables the acquisition and display of brainwave data through quantified outputs displayed as head maps, spectra, and numerical tables. It supports both foundational and advanced analysis, powered by EEGLAB and computational neuroscience pipelines such as independent component analysis and functional connectivity. This module is designed for precise brain mapping, longitudinal comparison, and clear visualization of neural patterns.

Technical Details

Acquisition and Artifact Management
NeuroField EEG captures brainwave data at pristine 24-bit resolution across a frequency range of 0.5 to 70 Hz, with fully customizable metrics and session environment settings. The artifact review interface displays all selections on a single screen, giving clinicians complete control over data quality before saving. Clean datasets export in EDF, XDF, TXT, or NeuroField Binary formats to support a wide range of downstream workflows.

LORETA and Advanced Source Analysis
When data is recorded across the full 0.5 to 70 Hz range, it flows directly into the LORETA viewer displaying source activity from 1 to 70 Hz. Sessions are saved in LORETA format for future review and longitudinal comparison. For deeper analysis, NeuroField EEG integrates third-party EEGLAB support including AMICA machine learning, ICLabel sorting, Power-Power Coupling analysis, Region of Interest Connectivity, and LORETA.

Power Analysis and Visualization
The full power analysis suite generates head maps across 1 to 70 Hz, producing outputs for absolute power, relative power, power ratio, spectra, and tables. Phase and field channel analysis add further depth to the clinical picture. Data can be displayed across six montages: Linked Ears, Average, Bipolar, Cz Referential, Double Banana, and Laplacian.

Reporting and Baseline Comparisons
NeuroField Suite generates a complete Microsoft Word report containing all power head maps, spectra, and table data, including your company logo. Baseline comparison tools allow any two datasets to be evaluated side by side, with changes displayed as percentage-based head maps and compiled into a full Word document for clinical documentation. NeuroField Suite is a living platform, designed to grow and evolve alongside the field.

The Impedance Meter allows users to measure electrode impedance and contact potential directly through the Q21 EEG amplifier, ensuring optimal signal quality before data acquisition begins. By confirming accurate electrode placement, it supports clean, reliable recordings and serves as a critical quality-control tool for every EEG session.

Additional Research Modules

The NeuroField Research Use Only (RUO) AI Profiler and Protocol Generator is a cloud-based system that stores and analyzes brain data across a continuously growing repository of more than 4,500 individuals and 6,000 EEG records. It matches each individual to clinically informed classifiers across 9 clinical categories: Alzheimer’s, degenerative conditions, mood disorders, ADHD, TBI, PTSD, developmental conditions, personality disorders, and substance abuse. The AI generates a quantified Microsoft Word report indicating positive matches and then selects from hundreds of NeuroField-specific neurostimulation and neurofeedback research protocols. The depth and specificity of this dataset is what makes truly individualized protocol guidance possible. No two results are the same.

NeuroField Neurofeedback: Real-Time Brain Regulation, Precisely Delivered
NeuroField Neurofeedback delivers a multimodal training environment that supports amplitude, ratio, connectivity, phase, slow cortical potential, and phase-amplitude coupling protocols across all major frequency bands from Delta through Gamma. It enables both surface and sub-cortical training, allowing for highly personalized, real-time brain regulation. This module transforms insight into action, empowering targeted training for focus, balance, performance, and resilience.

Technical Details

Signal Processing and Feedback Latency
NeuroField Neurofeedback supports 1 to 19 channels and is built on an EEG processing engine designed around the state of the art in signal processing. After extensive research and development, the system delivers real-time Independent Component Analysis (ICA) cleaning of the EEG signal, producing precise and accurate brainwave data optimized for neurofeedback training. Combined with Artifact Subspace Reconstruction and a Beamformer connectivity model, the system achieves feedback latency of under 50 milliseconds. The result is ultra-fast neurofeedback training that sets a new standard for what is possible in the clinical and performance space.

Training Modalities
The platform supports a comprehensive range of surface and 3D sub-cortical training protocols. Surface training options include Power, Power Ratio, Multivariate Coherence, Slow Cortical Potential, and Phase-Amplitude Coupling. The same five protocol types are available for 3D sub-cortical training, enabling deep, targeted intervention across both surface and subcortical regions of the brain.

Feedback Environment
NeuroField Neurofeedback uses the Unity and Unreal gaming engines to deliver rich visual and auditory feedback experiences. Current feedback options include a racing game, a meditation game, and a screen dimmer overlay for use with streaming media. New feedback environments are actively in development, with the long-term vision of creating a fully immersive neurofeedback training experience.
